2005 Honda CG125 valuation?
Hello,
My girlfriend has currently got her bike on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-HONDA-CG-...#ht_500wt_1156 what do you guys think its worth and what do you reckon it'll go for? It's currently got 1 bid, 81 watchers and it ends on Sunday afternoon. Cheers Rob |

Re: 2005 Honda CG125 valuation?
Thats second hand SV money...
Everyone knows that a second hand CG125 costs £500, no matter what state it is in, or how many owners it has had, or how old it is - its justa fact of life. Good thing is that you get your £500 quid back when you sell it. Well except for my CG125, which cost me £300, after drum brakes front and rear you will NEVER say the SV brakes are poor David PS this post is not at all serious, as I have no idea what its worth

Very desirable bike, you'll be surprised.
CG125s certainly dont go for £500 in that condition and age. |

Re: 2005 Honda CG125 valuation?
I think £1250 is slightly optimistic IMO. We'd be happy with £850-£900 She's got 110 watchers and has had the first two bids today. The auction finishes tomorrow so hopefully it'll get a few more bids.

The crazy bidders will be along at the last minute, but with fuel prices as they are a CG makes a great commuter. Pretty unbustable engine, sips fuel.
Plus like SK says, the buyer will get their money back pretty much. I'll say £871.10

Re: 2005 Honda CG125 valuation?
I would have it myself if I worked further away from home. It's a cracking little bike, so easy to ride round town. But she prefers riding pillion. You get ...I'm not sure haha!

I'm on the look out for summat like this as I have to get back in the commuting game in June This would be perfect and soooo close to home too, but alas it's a little too early for me
Reckon you'll be nearing the grand easily at auction end, good luck with the sale |

Between £900 and a grand would be my guess. If theres that many watchers your bound to get a few last minute bidders.
