However arriving in a submarine on Saturday would have been more appropriate as transportation.

I did try again yesterday in the car. Left here and it was sunny all the way to bradford then torrential rain so i opted for a night at my sisters in darlington instead! Gutted to not be there and more gutted that im at a complete loss knowing whats wrong with the bike.

Batteries can do that sometimes.

What bike is it? CBR? Early one?

Refit later reg-rec from one of the MOSFET equipped 05> (big IIRC caveat there) CBR-RRs or something rather than the early ones as they're just the same weakness.

That is just my guess anyway.
