Default Noobie saying hello...

Just thought I'd drop a quick post in here to say hello....
I'm due to be picking up my curvie SV650s tomorrow, and these forums have always served me well in getting to know the in's and out's of the machine your dealing with, and also getting to know the "little traits" that each bike has!
A little about me - My name's Mark, I'm 32, have been riding bikes since I was 17 and have owned previous to my SV, R1's, TL1000r, GSXR600, VFR400's, Aprillia Strada, Various single cylinder Green Laners and as a kid I owned a different bike each month pretty much! I was lucky enough to have a dad that owned his own Motorcycle Hire Company, so I had my pick of what to ride on a daily basis for a few years too, which was a bonus!!

My new addition is a Blue '99 SV650s that I picked up cheap to use as a daily hack during the winter - It's seen the wrong side of the tarmac and has a bit of road rash on the Fairings, so I will be on the hunt for some replacement parts in the not too distant future!

I'm a bit of a spanner monkey so no doubt I'll be tapping some people up for some info on the bike as and when I start repairing and modifying it!

Thanks in advance

Mark

Hello.

Your month with us may well be one of the one you enjoy the most! What bike are you getting in December?

Welcome Mark, most people stay on here even when they get rid of their sv's, so even if you change it you can still stay

This forum is swarming with trumpet owners, me included.
