Ride in da Wales this sunday

Pretty much rain all weekend guys, have fun and be safe if you do go out, we dont need any more sicknotes on dave's rides

Just checked the weather & it's saying rain in the morning, rain in the afternoon (& snow in high areas!!). To save my cheap textiles making it look like I've wet myself after 5 minutes I'm gonna give it a miss tomorrow

I'm still in Harrogate and the weather looks naff in Wales, so I'm staying local tomorrow, prob take a run up Hawes way.

No probs guys. I'm in 2 minds whether to risk Wales or not, I looked at the bbc weather page before for Ruthin and Bala and it didn't look too bad. Go on metcheck and it says it'll be snowing

I'll be resorting to the highly scientific method of sticking my head out the window in the morning and if it's not raining already, i'm going for it

Had I properly waterproof kit I'd prob give it a go. The waterproof membrane in my textiles has fallen out

gave Wales a miss. Had a run up to Rivington Barn instead on my old mans beemer, roads were a bit damp but weather stayed dry and the sun even had his hat on on the way home!
