no worries, i sprained my left ankle last week, and rode bike yesterday for the first time. managed 3 miles and went back home - so dont think i'd manage on Saturday.

Sorry to hear that Ness. Have done that myself and know it takes couple of weeks before you can start the stretching/physio to get it back 100%.


Weather forcast suggests rain showers from about 1 oclock on Saturday but it's no exact science. Textiles or leathers will be decided on the morning.

Shawthing - im on an 07 Naked in napoleon blue - also with a black and white lid, will be with my mate on his CB1300 he wears a carbon lid, i'll keep my eyes open but now you know how to spot us too. Cheers

Good to see Illustrated and Bodget on the run.

There was quit a mixture of bikes from 125 Lplated cruisers, to 3 wheel Piagio scooters, to Blackbirds to the HDcrowd.
Unfortunately something happened to marking and only half the group came into the second stop off point (Brereton park).

but we did regroup for the final run into J&S.
At least the weather was good.
Some 'lucky' people won Oulton Park tickets for Sunday.

Only just spotted this thread, I was looking in the Pennine Massive section! Was in the group that got lost, as was Illustratedman (well didn't see another Blue Naked SV) It all added to the fun though, and, at least for some people was made up for by winning the VIP Oulton Park tickets!!!

Anyway, nice to have (kinda) met a couple of you, will know for the next time.
