It is always the same old addage; "Nothing happens until blood is spilt." They have improved the road now (apparently) since Tim lost his life, but, there are probably too many people to blame and too "cold" a trail for a jury to convict just one man.

It is never nice to lose a friend, especially to something so senseless, but, remember Tim for all the good he brought to the world and all of you.
