Hmm. Not happy about that. It clearly said we'd recieve one, it didnt say those terms at the time of application!

I think they were abit over come by us all. Imagine all the forms that say 'bike currently owned: sv650'. Must be looaaddsss

If anyone had a copy of the original terms and conditions they might be able to complain via email about the new ones but I don't suppose anyone does unless someone here is good at trawling through cached pages..

Well if it was an invite only promo then fair enough. However I never saw anything that said invited only when I filled it in. Oh well.

Was it in the t&c's? I didnt look. Tempted to try n see if my ipad will go back far enough. Im not sure im bothered enough to put the time into it though haha.

IIRC It wasn't in the original T's & C's that it was by invitation only. If it was, and these selected people were emailed (so they already had all their contact details as they were already Suzuki customers) why put an open link on their website with no entry code to input?

And if it WASN'T in the original T&C's then they can't retroactively apply conditions and a simple email complaining ought to get them to stump up the neck tube if they don't intend to already.

They may simply send them to all those who applied before they changed the T&C's so as not to be in breach of contract or whatever legal flim flammery applies.

Come on guys it was FREE, they aren't legally bound to anything.

You may get an email of a bit of paper through your door, so what, just put it in the bin/spam folder and move on with your lives.
