2010 Benelli Tornado 900 For Sale

Having had my Tornado for over 5 years, I'm ready for a change, so it's up for sale. It was purchased after many years of lusting after one, however I'm now ready to go back to something more comfortable!

Registered March 2010 (so on a 10 plate)
3 owners (including me, since Jan 2011)
4500ish miles (still riding it, so moving total, though clearly not much given the total milage!)
3 stamps in the book, at 688/3001/4081 miles. First undertaken by Red Dog Motorcycles in Kent, the latter two by Bennetts of Barnsley (renowned as being the UK's foremost Benelli specialists), under my ownership. Photo CD documentation provided by Bennetts of the 3001 service.
Service at 3001 included:

Cleaned air filter
Valve clearances checked/adjusted (5 shims replaced)
Coolant changed/new core plugs
Clutch & Z25 gear checked & rebuilt using new washers and bolt kit
CR9EB spark plugs
Rear shock removed and rebuilt
Oil & Filter changed

Service at 4081 included:
Oil & Filter Changed
CR9EB spark plugs
Z25 washer
Alternator washer


Bike is in generally good condition, and has no mods. There is small area on one of the lower fairings where the paint looks to be cracking, but it isn't peeling. Clocks intermittently reset themselves for time/trip (they all do that sir), but no other running problems. Bike will come with 12 months MOT and has had a new battery a matter of days ago. Tyres are Michelin PR3s with plenty of tread (have done approx 3k miles on them). I also have a set of new upgraded battery cables that I've never got round to fitting, which I'll chuck in with the sale.
