Pic of seat lock please. Gen 1.
Could anyone who has a 1999-2002 SV650 do me a couple of pics of how the pillion seat latch under the seat attaches to the bike.
Not sure if it's different between naked and faired. Mine is a naked. Mine is missing the lock and just held on with a screw. Many thanks

Mine is a 99 curvy 'S' and the seat lock has two countersunk machine screws that hold it to the steel bracket, no pics to show you but I know this 100% from previous messing in that dept:.

No worries, just trying to be lazy and avoid putting it on ebay.
It's always worth a shout on here if you need anything. I'm sure there's a few ex-SV owners like me with bits in the loft. Ste

For reference there is no difference between the tail unit of a S or a N apart from the graphics used on the plastics so the lock mechanism is the same on both.
