Ordered a new MAF sensor for my van and attempted to fit it this evening. Slight issue in that the current ductwork is round and the one I received is oval.
Can't even take the sensor out as the new one is glued and the current broken one is held in by 2x T20 security torx.. Bit of faff doing an ebay return but have since ordered the correct part. ![]() |

Seeker and R1ff Thanks for the info - had the plugs for a while but I remember reading about fakes so I reckon I got them from a good source. The info on balancing was great, will have a look when we have a damp/wet day!

I hate plumbing! New kitchen tap fitted after struggling to gain access, had to remove all the waste fitments. Leaked like mad on re installation, got there in the end only to find that the supply pipes were the wrong way round so at the moment the cold tap is hot and visa versa. Tomorrows job! Should have verified before starting I know

Sewed up one of my pairs of summer gloves.
![]() Then repaired the garden parasol I was fixing at the local Repair Cafe. ![]()

How about shoe repair thread? I used kite string for one repair to leather, that was very strong but it was white!
