BSA Goldstar
My friend with old Brit bikes (and an MT-07) has decided to trade in his Norton Dominator for a brand new Goldstar. Whether it's the frustration of endless attempts to stop the Dommie's primary chain case from leaking or whether my constant changing of bikes has rubbed off on him, I'm not sure. He is keeping his Matchless G9 and G11.
It will be here in a couple of weeks. I've seen one at Willingham Woods but I'll get a better look once Alan gets his. I honestly thought I'd see more around (there are a lot of Royal Enfields locally) but I guess it's a niche market and there were initial delivery issues.

Re: BSA Goldstar
I've not noticed any BSA dealers anywhere near me, so that may not help. There is only one bike shop left in Wycombe, who dropped their Honda franchise years ago and their Yamaha side last year, who I thought might move that way, but they seem busy enough with RE, Benelli, Sym, and a few others.
I saw the Goldstars on the Beezer stand at last year's show and they looked really nice. Hope Alan enjoys his.
