Enjoyable run this afternoon with with Mabel, and a friend who came over from Bala with her black lab. Four miles of mud, hills, gorse, stiles, and "technical" sections- all the things you need for a good run!

Legs are feeling it now though, I need to run more often.

Saturday morning BarkLife run with Mabel. Kept it shorter as I need to get off to work at a repair cafe.

Good run, pretty much no other human lifeforms to be seen, thankfully! Still pretty muddy underfoot though, despite several dry days.

Out with a friend this morning for a short but (very) sharp run up Breidden Hill to Rodney's Pillar. Only 2.6 miles, but the first mile and a bit involved a climb of just over 900 feet. Spectacular views, very cold but clear and blue skies.

Out for a run yesterday with Mabel at my favourite race of the year. The Myddle Muddle is a brilliant event held each year to raise money for Myddle primary school. Considering I hadn't run for over a week I was quite happy with my time of just over the hour for the 10km.

We climbed Rodney's pillar a few years ago - the way we went was quite steep I seem to recall
