Have to agree there Gary - on face value seems almost too good to be true- strange vid , more specific performance data would have been useful. Why a motorbike and not use a car as a test bed? I only gave it a quick watch so I may have missed some detail

Utter crap, this is perpetual motion. Hess's law says that the path is irrelevant, the energy transformation is the same. So, to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, then to combine them again, by any routes you care, will have the same energy in and out. Otherwise you could drop a ball on the ground and expect it to bounce higher than it fell.
