Mayday is the 1st May 'ere in Oxford (I know strictly it's the Monday). Local tradition of staying up all night and then jumping off bridges in the morning.

Ah, sorry. Sounds like camping or otherwise you'll be getting wet that weekend!

I was thinking of bringing wellies anyway.........to wear in the inside of the tent!

I may just turn up for a short visit during the day. You'll have to let me know when you lot are going out and about. Failing that, you could always take a ride to Bradford-on-Avon for a nice brew and bacon buttie. The roads to get there are quite nice.

That sounds a good idea Si. But, you will have to promise some "culture" so we can talk Nick into it.

We have a big trampoline in the back garden. Will that do?

There is always the Tithe Barn to have a look at I guess and maybe a paddle in the River Avon. Other than that. Nope.

I'm going to shoot off at some point to see a mate and his new twin daughters, maybe Saturday, maybe Sunday.

I'll try and fit it in around what the rest of out plans are though.
