I am free whenever so its probably best for those that work/have family commitments to say what time is good for them.

Still not entirely sure if I'm free yet.. Will know for sure tomorrow eve.
How about half 8ish? Or do people want to go earlier/later? Weathers sposed to be good all week- so shouldn't be a problem. |

Hi there. I'm new, from the Reading area. I'm kinda tempted to come along on Thursday, but I can guarantee I'd slow you guys down! I'm guessing you guys will keep a relatively fast pace. I only passed my DAS about three weeks ago or so!

I finish work anywhere between half 4 to half 7 and work in Reading. So good for anytime really. Would prefere earlier than later though.
Steve, personally, I'd be happy for anyone to turn up. I can ride fast or slow. Much slower than days of old, check my signature for the reasons for that. |

Re: Thames Valley Group Section - Will you attend?
With regards to time i would say around 7:30(or later...indicate in the thread what times would suit) meet in a cafe and have a drink/chat and then if people want to go for a ride go from there. If we hang around for a bit that would give any late comers a chance to turn up. Alternatively if people just want to have a meet/drink at the cafe(we can meet later)...any eager beavers(myself included) could go for a hoon before.
Jelster suggested Henley earlier in the thread(and i seconded his suggestion) and it is between Maidenhead/Reading. Some decent roads from Oxford as well if the contingent come. Its an option to have the meet there..but as i said previously if you have a suggestion then dont hold back! Nick when are you free on Thursday? If you want we could meet in Maidenhead and have a dash to Henley the twisty way(A308 and Marlow Road). That wont take too long the pace we went at last week. |
