Or you could always just follow some bikes that have camping kit strapped to them and hope they are going to the same place as you.

he's coming to mine first for beers, but has realised that i live in the middle of no where and is slightly worried lol

Well depending on what time you guys are planning to set off you could always try and hook up with us Soho lot for the last part of your journey.

Some of us (the smart ones who took the day off, or have no job) are leaving london about lunchtime-sih and then those poor unfortunates who didnt or have to work for a living are leaving after 5.30ish.

Anyway, why beers before you get to the campsite? Thats not gonna aid your route finding is it

dizzy's got it right - A1 for miles, A14 for 70 miles, turn left at the roundabout and then drive 10 miles into the middle of no where surrounded by fields. then drive 20 mins down the road the next day and then hoon it down the A12 for the AR

simples.
