Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Thanks John. I'm ok on here but lots of people are a bit difficult atm. I've pushed myself into town and am peering out from behind a cup of coffee....

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Hopefully a walk in the hills with a much nicer dog, say a lurcher, will help Gary.
I always find planning something nice helps too, like where to go on a day out geocaching or which seeds I'm going to get in for next year's sowing. Fingers crossed for you.

Not much I can add apart from tryimg to set a goal each day that you can achive, and not over tiring yourself trying to do too much.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Much better day today. Been v. busy with a repair cafe this morning and patching up bodywork on the car this afternoon. Part of me was shouting to hide indoors this morning but that bit got ignored and once outside I was fine. It comes and goes so quickly but it's generally manageable as long as I'm paying attention if that makes sense to anyone.
