God it's getting confusing now! So the SK3 naked SV1000 has the same subframe as all the later models...same infills...seat etc? It's JUST the S model that's different?

Re: Sv650 or sv1000?
Anything older than k3 is lower rear subframe so if ypur shorter than 5ft 10 " for comfort go for k4 onwards but at the minute I thing k3 is ok

This shows the difference between a K3 and a K4 onwards SV1000S The nakeds all had the same rear subframe, the same as the K4 onwards S's. If it is naked is isn't an "S" is it just a SV1000 K3 or whatever |

Re: Sv650 or sv1000?
In this weather 104 is totally normal on SV thou, on a normal day when warmed up it is usually high nineties, its a big engine.
Clutch and engine noise is perfectly normal too, took me a while to get used to it compared to an inline 4 but nothing to worry about. |
