Things we learnt from todays ride is that you'll need to keep an eye on the timings with such a big group. It doesn't take much before the run is an hour behind. Not that I'm complaining, the more time out on the bike the better.

You could ride at 30 and we'd still get split up. Lights, junctions, roundabouts etc.

It just needs Ed to be really strict about how long we spend at each stop, that's all.

I've nearly finsished a long essay on what to expect, with timings. Pete's point is a good one, we do need to stick to time as else some people won't get home at a sensible hour.

Oh and for the avoidance of doubt we are NOT going via Harlech
