B4391 is in there. Couldn't possibly have a ride out without it!

Had a (cold!) ride around the route I'm hoping to do on the Saturday of next year's BPW. It takes in a ride alongside Cader Idris, Morfa Dyfi, and ice creams in Aberdyfi, on through Tywyn, down the lovely bit of high coast road from Llangelynin to Fairbourne, over the toll bridge at Llyn Pen Maen, and then back down Morfa Mawddach to Abermaw/Barmouth.
I did toy with the idea of taking everyone over the railway bridge into Abermaw, but decided against it as the exit onto the road is very tricky and I don't want any dropped bikes!

I want to ride the route again with someone else to see if they spot any potential problems I may have missed. We'll be coming through Tywyn centre so that's the only potential place I can see anyone not familiar with the area getting lost if they get separated. As long as we have a tail-ender we should be good though.

I'm going to have a look at a ride out for the Sunday morning of the weekend. It will definitely involve the B4391 Grant! I also think I will add in some of the great little single track mountain roads between Trawsfynydd and Llanuwchllyn. If folks wanted we could end in Bala and then head off to our respective homes.

Getting excited now!

For those of you who've not so far done it, can you let me know which of the two weekends proposed you prefer. So far everyone is ok with either but there are three or four people on the list who've not yet said.

Weekend gathering of Border Patrol folks and a few from further afield on either 21/22/23 or 28/29/30 June next year. Two nights in a bunkhouse above Abermaw/Barmouth, ride out Saturday and Sunday. Total accomodation cost per person will be in the region of £19 - £25 depending on numbers.
There are currently 11 potential attendees on the list; the bunkhouse sleeps a maximum of 13.

Certainly can Chris. Find the current list from a couple of pages back, copy it and paste it into a post here with your preferred weekend after your name.

I'd guessed that might be the case Lance, from some of your posts in the IB threads. Don't worry, get herself sorted next year and, if this planned get together works we'll see about doing it again in 2020.
