One of the local hunts starts approx 200m from my house. If I ride around the corner & see a load of closed horse boxes, I carry on as normal.

If they're open & the horses are out & about getting ready to go, I stop (even if I'm driving the car), engine off & wait.

Before anyone harps up about a hunt starting on a road, yes, they do. They use the only car park in the village, which isn't used for anything else. Then they cross the road, go down about 20yards & they're off-road from that point.
