Its now a case of survival of the tastiest!

Anything we eat is now evolving faster than we are!

We are even helping out with genetic manipulation to save them time

Yep, I do agree that we're not helping our own species. Basically, evolution just states that, given enough time, species will evolve to get the best out of a fitness landscape. The surrounding world gives that fitness landscape, and what ever presents itself as a challenge between the members of the species and some point they wish to reach is something that the species will try and overcome.

But right now, the challenges for 50% of the population are to better press the remote control button... The challenges are greater for a small percentage of the population, but the ones that are left to use what others invent don't get challenged the same way and will therefore have less incentive to progress

Of course not only, and not all, but....
Is it not both arrogant and incredibly stubborn to state that what others believe and will openly attempt to prove is wrong purely because you were brought up to believe it to be wrong?
To wish to deny its teaching, to attempt to quash the very existence of the idea! We know this attitude exists.

If that's not over-bearing pride and self-importance I don't know what is.

Who said I was a "sinner" btw?

This happens on both sides.

Can we backwards evolve? Whats the word for that? (edit, read page 10 isntead )

We went from bacterica, to killing machines able to survive in the wild with the tools that the land gave us.

Now we can't even go camping without the basic man made things. That along with nanny don't do this states, defining what is safe and what is not, surely over time we're going to get weaker, dumber (computers).

I know I can't write very well anymore as my keyboard is now my pen. My handwriting has got worse. Backwards evolution....

It's not exactly backwards evolution, just senility of the species. Some dinosaurs got it from living on islands and out evolving their medium. They would just grow completely unnecessary things like huge "crowns" made from horns. This was viewed as attractive by females and the ones that had the largest would go on to breed. Hence, they got to the point where their bodies, from lean mean killing machines got to the point of lean mean well looking, not so much killing machines. If this doesn't seem familiar to you, stop me at any point...

Andreis, you speak excellent English - and you're absolutely correct too.

I accept that evolution has been proven right mainly by the pics posted above (and the fact that i am a DNA scientist) but how do explain the opposite IE Anne Addecombe and Cymraeg_Atodeg
Cheers Andy...
