Well,

I tested it only for 20 mins due to me not being able to go too far as I was on some trade plates, but still had a good blast and tried to mix it up a bit, I so had my heart set on a superduke, I was considering getting one and not bothering with the Tuono, let me tell you, I am SSOOO happy I did test it and not put a deposit on a SD, it pulls like a duke, but is easier to control better weight distribution, nicer seat not as tall and more composed.

So I got to Forza Italia and saw 2 Tuonos 1 blue and 1 silver I decided to take the blue one because it had no baffles, the man switched it on and started talking, well I have no idea what he said because I couldn't hear him, I have a feeling they drink fuel a lot (maybe less than the SD) as the low fuel light took a lot of fuel to go out when he was topping it up, 120 mile range so not so bad considering.

So I climbed aboard the beast and it has a stupid layout the indicator switch is below the horn so each time you need to becarefull not to hit the horn, so I set off crapping myself thinking don't crash, but it was extremely easy to ride, brakes are awesome, well the front the back does bite but it's not worth it, the engine pulls and pulls and pulls, you end up and the bloody cat from alice in wonderland when you get off, I went down the A???? got to 90 and without a larger screen i'm not sure I wanted to go faster.

The riding position is going to take some getting used to, building up those muscles unused on a supersports.

I feel in love with this bike, but unfortunatally this one is out of my price range, but I deffinetly wanted one with and aftermarket exhaust as they are over £900, so I trailed the net looking for one and found one with akras, damper, hugger and humo for £4750 p/xd mine £2400 I know I could get £2600-£2800 private but this just takes all the **** out of advertising etc.

one i've put a deposit on and pick up in 2 weeks.

one I tested below.

Congrats! thought this might have been the outcome....there is just something about them even without riding one.

I am surprised about the fuel range, that's not sooooo bad. Also surprised of how nice the blue one looks, I always had my eye on the matt black finished one but mmmmm

I bet you'll be counting down the hours a little closer to the time

Mine does about 90miles in town, 130 miles on twiesties and 150 on the motorway before the light comes on - that's with a -1 front sprocket, but yes I've got fairings.

Apparently the Ermax screen gives decent protection: http://apriliaperformance.myfastforu...about1887.html

Find out what needs doing on the 2nd gen T, do it and enjoy!
