Actually that's a good point, the mileage rules should have changed to keep up with fuel costs, definately a problem there.

It's madness isn't it??

I have seen people with very obviously broken wrists go into the A+E at Stranraer on a Saturday night and get a bit of tubi grip and sent home because their is either no doctor or radiologist on and ask them to come back on Monday...with a properly broken wrist.....Mental.

You could...normally to Glasgow though. But even still, there are only two helicopters that respond to emergencies in the whole of Scotland.....
