Joe, I'm sure you gave up reading the replies a long time ago and are out to dinner with Kate Moss or watching you'r dad headlock Chuck Norris or inventing a train that runs on lies and testosterone or ........ sorry I but I couldn't help it.
Just look at the reading list on post 15 Joe, you want to be faster, smoother,better then read these books and apply what you have read. If want to race get your ACU (not CSCS) and do it on track. It was the best Billy Big Biscuits story I've heard in a while though mate, good effort.
