funny that I can only see it now I post a reply...but not when I look at the board...is that to do with my pc?
Its two colours by the way - the light doesnt do it much justice....the main colour is raspberry with hints of purple to highlight certain aspects of it. |

I guess this is where I'll be coming back to see my photo and see the usual comments like; I thought Clanger was a bloke..... hee hee hee (one of my personal faves)
Yeah Scoobs...easily recognisable now eh? Plus I have Clanger sign written on my lid. Plus if we meet at any of the south coast SOC meets, Im well known. Plus for any readers of the UBG mag early last year!!!! |

I took this on the Isle Of Wight, May bank holiday weekend last year, 2004.
I think it was at the Gallybagger Rally site, but I'm not sure about that. Purple c/case bolts - check. Lairy purple paint - check. Standard pipe - check. Purple bar-ends, yep, them too. Handlebar fairing - no, no handlebar fairing. But there can't be two like this can there? It must be yours Clanger, no?  *Edit - UBG = Used Bike Guide.

If that's seriously not the same bike, then I'm worried.
How many purple SVs are out there? Maybe we should form a group for them to be rehabilitated and reintroduced into sane society.
