Well I went in to see him a couple of weeks ago and he looked great (considering), he was lying in the sunshine in the garden, facing the garage doors gazing at his redundant bike! Decent colour, no swelling, etc, etc. Then got a text from Hazel late last week to say he was back in hospital!

Texted at the weekend and she reckons he might be back out this week, but for now he's stuck in the hospital bed where he can get nursing care.

He's just had such a battering and he's in a fragile state, so he can just as easily go backwards as forwards.

Tbh I got a bit annoyed when I heard from Hazel, looked up to the heavens and said out load "OK, enough's enough, it's time to give the guy a f***ing break!"

Best wishes to the guy, hope he starts the final road to a full recovery soon.
