My dad was told he was more likely to die WITH it than OF it, but his PSA is now in the hundreds, his last scan showed it rapidly spreading and he's wasting away fast. He's had over a decade to get his mind around it but it's not nice to see him now. He'll be 80 in four weeks, assuming he makes it.

My brother in law was not so "lucky" - diagnosed in April, wheelchair bound within six months, in a hospice and then dead two months after that at 65. Neither of them had their symptoms checked when they first felt rough so as Bibs says, GET CHECKED!

Not tried using them since the 'event' - perhaps I never will now we shall see . I had a PSA test recently, my Dad had terrible prostate problems which I want to avoid, but it was not an easy process to get approved. Its not foolproof but its all thats available at present.
Just got back from ,"Future Health " . You get the results straight away with a pack explaining them. Really nice nurses

Slightly high Blood pressure told to keep an eye on it. Checked myself when I got home and back to normal so will monitor over the week.

Cholesterol pretty much perfect

Still 5'10" so not shrunk yet

Heart Rate Super Duper 66 Bpm . That exercise bike is paying big dividends

Weight still just above 14 stones so must try harder

Everytime anything to do with C*****mas is mentioned before 24th December, an elf strangles a baby reindeer.

As the Hebrew calendar places creation at 3760 BC, it's possible that there were still some dinosaurs around when Jesus was born, so it's not as far-fetched as you'd think!
