It's miserable, I've had no more than 5 or 6 dry rides in the past 20 (2 weeks commuting) Only plus is my boss (the site engineer) is a motor/cyclist so the drying rooms and showers are specced to suit him, which in turn suits me just lovely.

Of course it's nice today so I spent it giving the bike a deserved clean and relube, forecast looks ok until thursday

You're lucky having that at work. One thing that always put me off taking my to work is not having somewhere secure to leave my gear

Amen to that. I've been off the last two weeks and it's been sh1te pretty much the whole time. Start my new contract on Monday so I've lost my chance of a leisurely ride up to see the folks for a long weekend. I've had my new T100 for two and a half months but the weather has been so rubbish I've only managed to get 650 miles on it.

The eldest daughter brought her new boyfriend round last night. I gave him a nice 12 year old single malt and he put pepsi in it. Oh dear, we may not get along.

since i cant drive for another few weeks i have been slowly stripping the broken bits off the bike. its now all stripped off and the parts order begins

only real damage apart from the fairings is a shopping trolley ding in the tank and the rad moved over on its brackets which is an easy fix..
