I like the 'soft' on those. It gives them character and they're not just antiseptic reproductions.
I'll keep the OM10 for the moment, especially as I've got the adapter too. They are quite different cameras.Want to see what the B&W shots come out like. I've also got plenty of lenses now so they can share - can't remember if I mentioned but I picked up a Hoya 100-300 zoom in OM fit a couple of weeks back. Not very fast though; bright conditions use I think.

Playing around a little more with that Tamron this morning - it looks a great piece of glass. It's weird. It's like a zoom but not a zoom with a focus range of 15" to infinity. I think I'll hold on to it for now and try it out when I've fixed the OM2 light seals. The Japanese guy posted out the order yesterday so it should arrive towards the end of the week.

Thanks Yoko, I have popped more shots up on Flickr. That seagull came right up to me and pretty much demanded food. Kept it busy long enough to get a couple of shots. Found a camera for your friend yet?

Haven't found a compact for her yet but plenty of time.
I've just been out taking pics of water droplets in the garden - sad but true....

A bit too dull for reflections but shiny leaf colours all the same. Very hard to keep the lens steady.
I was tidying up my cupboard and I found one of these - a leftover from the parents. Probably wouldn't be worth the eBay postage. Wonder what it does?

I had one of those. Didn't bother finishing the film as I got bored and donated it. If I happen across another I may pick it up. If I have a camera that relies on a selenium cell to set the aperture, and the film speed is set to like 12 asa, am I likely to get much response from it? My Auto Half was set to 12 asa and I am wondering if thats why they thought the meter was dead.

Something caught my eye. I can't identify it but will have a go when it arrives. Pity about the cracked viewfinder but looks interesting. There is no mask for 4.5x6 but the film rollers look to be built in to the body so I could make a mask anyway.

I would say that it was a Balda of some description. The name is in the upper leather but can't make it out.

Actually, I have a question... How to remove self-timer levers without breaking anything? Is there usually a screw or a clip underneath the lever?
