A night out with some of the org ladies, and Spidey as an honorary laydee, and forget your half seven Mav, I just woke up at 11am and I never normally manage a lie in! Not a hangover, I was driving last night, but a week of walking and forest air must have caught up on me.

Wow 11am!

I would say that your break and night out have taken the stress out of your system and your brain has said 'Lets sleep'

I put on a hypnosis meditation CD after I feed the cats at 8am and that must have worked. Going for another walk now, keeping up the routine until it's back to the horrible commute tomorrow.

Default Smile of the day - What is yours?

Finished my "first" (and only) half marathon in 2:18.

And surrounded by fit women in Lycra all morning.

http://glasgow.stv.tv/articles/13296...-died-aged-57/

The above article has given me one of the biggest smiles I've had recently.

Alan was one of the most enthusiastic people I'd ever met, his love of life and American Football was so infectious. He was a true gent, until that whistle blew and it was all out war while that 60 minutes lasted. Thanks for all the smiles laughs and hard work Alan.

He will be sorely missed and my thoughts go out to Brenda, Craig, Kyle and Deborah.
