Despite a cold snap I braved the winter temps to ride 250 miles to the mountains today.
It's a lot easier to be brave wearing electrics and much more comfy as well.

Just got my first PSA results after radiation treatment for prostate cancer. 0.1 means the treatment was successful although I will need a years worth of blood tests to be sure.
