Haha yeah I did mean to get it out the garage earlier in the week ( I booked the mot on the 19th) but work kind of got in the way

Mine was meant to go for its mot 2 years ago but the reg/rec died the day before it's sat in the garage since

And the answer to prevent these kind of problems? Be like me and ride all year round. My K3 lives out all year round, mostly without a cover so the rain can wash away the salt.

My days of commuting and riding in the cold and the wet all are behind me and I'm more than happy for them to stay there. What I found commuting all year round is it took the shine off of riding as it was more a tool to get to work than something fun if that makes sense?

That's exactly how i felt when i worked in London. The fun returned when I moved to Shropshire and could ride when I wanted to.

Fitted an SAE connector to a small 12v Tyre pump that fits under my rear seat along with an Emergency Tyre Plug-Kit.Hopefully never have to use them on my Bike.I fitted fused SAE connector to my Battery so I can use my Maintenance charger easy etc

New front brake light switch - the replacement part is sealed, although it seems to cut in a little later.

I've finally got around to fitting Bibio's gizmo & now have a Twisty Ride USB socket inside the light bracket.

Oil and filter change.

Phew! Now to find some time to actually ride it ...

I love riding around Shropshire, especially during the week when most people are at work

I have cleaned some dead flies off headlight and blown the tyres up this weekend ( I wasn't about to venture out in thunderstorms yesterday ).
