My Mum had the same and near the end didn't know who anyone was.
It is very sad and very hard on the family.
As others said, remember the good times. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.
I'm sure it must be extra hard at Christmas.

Very sorry to hear this Mav. I have some idea how you must be feeling - the sense of loss mixed with relief that it's drawn to a close as my dad died last year in similar circumstances. Hope you are able to draw comfort from the good times.

So sorry to hear of your loss Mav. I do understand the mixture of all the emotions you're going though now, losing my Mum was one of the lowest points in my life. Pleased to know she was well cared for.

My grandmother went the same way Mav so know what you're going through. She seemed quite content and was well looked after right to the end as well which is the best we can all hope for.

Yes, my grandmother also went the same way, so I kinda knew a little bit of what to expect, but I never saw her at the end.
