Tired, yawn. Cant sleep. stomach ache. Wrist is caining like hell tonight even though I havent been on the bike today. Nurofen not helping.

Well im loaded up...well almost lost the tent on the way to work. Why is it that no matter how tight you think the straps are, stuff always seems to move!! Still additional strap loaded, job done. Now just got to do a days work
