A B-25 bomber crashed into the 79th floor of the empire state building in 1945.

Yeh and it didn't fall down either...nor did the buildings beside it that had suffered minor damage.

56yrs later with all the advances in building design and tech the 2nd of the 2 bulidings to get hit by a plane on the day fell into its own footstep 1st?

interesting? or badly planned, lol.

On a side note Steel loses half it`s strength at 600 Degrees Centigrade , the WTC was a Steel Skeleton that had a raging fire inside it for quite a while .
