Iffy, the rideout will be leaving at a time to be confirmed between 9.30 and 10am probably. We're doing a reccie though to tidy up all those details and will confirm a couple of weeks before the AR

Basically it would be appreciated if you filled up before the ride (e.g. on the Firday evening/night or Saturday morning). There is a filling station over the road from the campsite but it's only a small one.

There is a fuel stop on the route so if everyones bike has been filled up before the ride you should only need one fill up. Fuel stops on our ridea are based on a 1,000cc twin (Viper!!!!). If that can get around then so can you

But Mr Stretchie it says 160-185 miles on the details thread. Does that mean the route is 160 to 185 miles long depending on corners cut/roundabouts jumped etc. or that the route is -25 miles long? If it's the latter I'm gonna need help flintstoning my bike 25 miles backwards.

Seriously though there will be a lot of bikes who might struggle with 160+ miles mine included.

Edit: forget ALL of the above. I hadn't read about the fuel stop.

There will be a lot needing fuel though I'd imagine. Hope you've got a lovely big Tesco's with lots of fuel left on the route!

If you have to Flintstone your bike due to lack of fuel stops I will personally push it all the way back for you son

; )

Just remember to fill up BEFORE the ride starts and at the lunch stop and you will be fine, if Viper can get around it then we are all ok

Oh yes - the 'Birmingham Garage' it's called. Two pumps. That was funny. But it took a while...
