As said previously, ive only just seen this thread.

I never knew Teejey, but I have lost some people very close to me over the last few years.

My heart and my condolences go out to all of you who knew him, and especially his family.

Rest in peace Teejey.

Just a reminder that Sunday 13th is the 1st anniversary of Tim's death so if your out and about just spare a thought for his family.Personally it doesn't seem all that long ago we all went to France.Hard to believe that it was in fact a year ago time certainly flies. If this has been posted elsewhere then my apologies just didn't think the day could go by without a mention.

Had a bit of a get together today where his ashes were scattered last year. Glorious day, good company and a couple of drinks to remember Tim by.

Driver found not guilty today of dangerous driving in the 'incident' that took Tim from us:-

Bit difficult to comment as I do not know the specifics of the charges - it is a really nasty junction though where it happened.

May be the 'wrong' charge was brought?

Or maybe the prosecution were an inept bunch of work shy f**kwits who presented inadequate and inaccurate data which left the jury no option but to come to this ridiculous decision.

Sounds about right, most prosecutors are useless, same as police, take it from someone who's been on the wrong side of the law/courts far too often, and all too often got away with it! If they could be bothered to put the groundwork in, they'd get the right outcomes, but they rarely have the time/energy/personal involvement in the case that allows them to do it.

Sorry to all those who knew him well for the outcome.
