Just back from a brilliant ride out. You guys missed a crackin' day. 169 mile round trip, Ayr-Newton Stewart-New Galloway and then I went onto Moniaive.

Will post photo's once I work out how to!

Can anybody tell me how to make them part of the post as opposed to attatchment?

As SIII said, it was a great run out. The weather was brill, the roads were great (apart from the climb out of Girvan - who surfaced that road ?), no traffic and a nice coffee and scone in Newton Stewart.

Hopefully, we'll see you next time. In the meantime, a couple of pics. The first outside the coffee shop in Newton Stewart - the SV Ecosse (pointy black section) -

And on the way over to New Galloway, overlooking Clatteringshaws Loch -
