Anyway the 2013 plan looks like a hopelessly half assed and entirely unachievable figment of some fevered imaginations, however I do sincerely wish to witness the whole sorry business die on it's ****, so: S'pose.

Bare minimum we've got you a free campsite with toilets by a pub a petrol station and a biker cafe in the centre of our regions best biking roads. Anything else is just a bonus. |

I'm not worried about him coming or not, I was wondering if there was really something we'd missed.

Re: AR2013 Tender annoucement
All you northern nancies who are thinking of giving it a miss, consider this; in 2010 I finished work at 6pm, got on my already loaded bike and rode from Bedford to mid-Wales to get ratar5ed in the bar, then spend the night comatose in the main compartment of Shelly's tent, followed by a ride home early the next afternoon. This was inbetween two kidney operations.
Man the f*** up, the lot of you. |

I went to last years after work, 120 mile motorway blast to Essex, vaguely 'knowing' 2 people there and that's it! Had a great time, met some great people and got some fantastic memories from that weekend. The GM has been woken up since the early part of this year and has become a very active riding group. We have a group ride out at least once a week, and even on a cold November day we had a group of 15 out for a blast! The only cost you'll incur personally on the weekend is fuel to get there, fuel to get around and then food and drink. It's a bargain of a weekend in one of the best biking locations in the South. |
