Hope it slows the midgies down at GM & Applecross, but will probably only make them angrier and hungrier - they are female after all!

People not keeping an appointment to view my house. The place has been spring cleaned (for the umpteenth time!) to no avail. I'm fed up of inconsiderate gits who don't even bother phoning the agents to say they will be late or cannot make it. The excuse given when the agent called them? 'We couldn't find it' - even though all previous viewers have had no problem. So these are mentally retarded as well!

****ed off with (not-)selling houses!
