A thousand clicks on the RT today with my girl's mum on the back. It was a good day.

Its just stopped here, and I did all my outside stuff yesterday

Although digging, drilling, & moving concrete has left one a little achey today.

My regular waterproofs leaked this morning, and forgot to pack my spare gloves so soggy cold hands for the ride home.
So, what's there to smile about - my wife referring to my one piece as a "waterproof onesie"...

Dry January. That was the plan. So far I've drunk more this week than I would normally. I even had a large glass of wine at lunchtime on Wednesday and I don't normally drink at work. Just getting myself home after half a bottle of rose at a leaving drink for a colleague.

Maybe I'll try for a dry a February instead.

I see you've taken the new health guidance about drinking seriously

I can finally quit taking those painful shots in the stomach every night.
Probably take a month for all the knots and bruising to go away but believe me, my world is a better place now!!!!
