Calibre and bullet shape all affect the ballistic coefficient which you use to work out the elevation based on range, muzzle velocity etc.
ammo temp yup, powder burns quite a lot slower at colder temps. Can be up to a few 100 feet per second difference!

whether or not you're likely to be shot at whilst taking aim? i'd say that's a very important consideration

I know why it takes 25seconds for the experianced guys.
they know its quicker to shoot tracers and adjust than it is to get out ya calc pad and pen and work out all the other crap. |

ive started a riot lol
as for tracer i used 1 in 5 in 4 out of 10 mags cos trust me when youve got a target you want the good news to be fully charged and effective |
