If they are. Then they do a rubbish job and don't cover much more than 1/3 of its run. Missing the bottom completely!!

Lycra louts
stuck in stationary traffic near the entrance to chorley hospital, heard a siren, look in mirror and an ambulance on blues is trying to fight its way through. I pull over to the side to help make a gap. 30 seconds later as ambulance passes banging on my roof, and mirror folded in by a lycra lout as he couldn't pass me on the inside.
