I've just found out that I'm on a week of night shifts just prior to this ride.
 However, I've also decided that should hell and high water come, I'll still be there. Night shifts didn't stop me attending NW4 (albeit I had to depart early for my own safety), so I see no reason it should prevent me doing Barmouth (current plan in my noggin' is to ride to Barmouth, then split off home). This will make it my first BP meet/ride of the year. Ed, you'd better of sorted the weather out!! |

Even better, I've jsut argued the toss with my boss.
I'm now on nights before the Barmouth run, but I have 4 days off prior to the actual day.  In order to get that, I've had to volunteer to do 2 weeks of nights instead of one. But that means more money in my pocket due to night premium. Win win IMO.
