Winning bid for 2014- The banter thread
I've got the Friday off work. If I aim to get there for about 1pm is there someone who can meet me at a motorway services or similar? I don't have a satnav and I have a rubbish sense of direction.

I'm planning on being available and I believe Andrew is also. Which side of the Pennines are you coming A1 or M6 ?.

None motorway but a bit tedious http://goo.gl/maps/BgOGL
Much better but may be tiring after a long ride http://goo.gl/maps/qOI9d Take your pick and we can try and arrange a group ride up.

Well after 300 miles I'll be mildly knackered. I may be wanting a bit of an anti tyre squaring process. So, relatively direct but with some bendy bits. Sent via the medium of interpretative dance. |

Re: Winning bid for 2014- The banter thread
We all just need to make sure where on the same page with this last bit, looks good to me though...I can make sure my route from Norwich, with a meeting point before the A1/M1 leg gets going proper, has that last stretch in it with a suitable meeting point and time window for a proper convoy up where it best suits all....
If anyone could PM me to give me a heads up on any new thread created that might be worthwhile coordinating against I would appreciate it, I'll try and keep a look out but these things can easily be missed.....maybe a new thread on the "AR14 Convoy" for organising the "master" route and associated times for meeting points is in order?
