We have just added to our clan

I got this for Jenn the other week:-

Good job we had the male done when he was younger...
He made himself at home with her within the first 30 seconds!

Well I used to have pets but unfortunately lost them in the custody battle when I split up with my ex
Thought I would post some pics anyway as they are real cuties
First one is my cat Tigger this pic was taken on 2nd day of having him.

Then next one is him playing about 2 years later

He is almost 6 years old now and probably the biggest cat you have seen in your life. One of my friends came to visit one day and looking out the window said "did not know you guys had gotten a dog" and was shocked when I said it was Tigger just grown up

We got Pinky in 2007 and she was a gorgeous little thing when we got her(rescued her from a family that were keeping her locked in a cupboard)

She has grown up a bit more now

Still a real cutie and loves attention.

Along with the occassional rabbit he's also caught a HUGE rat, a weasle/ferrit thing and once went for a lamb lol. He's not as soft as he looks but he's so obedient, a click of the fingers or a whistle and he's by your side and has never gone for anyone, couldn't ask for a better dog .
Glucosamine can really help dogs with stiffness problems, well worth a go to see if it helps.

Good luck! What about cod liver oil? Our lab is getting on a bit so gets these when we remember.

Our lab is a fussy git when it comes to glucosamine, you've got to wrap them in a bit of meat in such a way that he will just gulp the lot down (the greedy git). If he notices he will eat the meat and spit the tablet out.
Then again this is a dog who will nick walnuts, crack them open and eat the nut without a bit of shell!

Cod liver oil is good too, a tip is to give him the tablet wrapped in a bit of meat, while holding another bit of meat above his nose to make him scoff it faster, and hopefully not notice. That's the idea anyway!

That's amazing about the walnuts, my Indie loves pistachios, sits and drools when we have them

Unlike my dog who will eat nuts whole. Not to mention bolts, screws, sockets, wood, bits of plastic, doors, walls, and cat poo
