Having read a bit, buy a gasket (if it has one) & cut the plate to the pattern, drill the holes and fit the plate.

Leave the EGR plugged in to fool the ECU

New tiles laid today, whilst the sun shone brightly outside, meaning it was pleasantly warm in the front of the house. More free time for later on this year!

No unfortunately mine, needs an oddly shaped triangular plate. I've made a template just need to source a small piece of scrap alloy other steel of a decent thickness.
