preston concil tax office have intelligent ,helpful staff who use common sence and actally deal with your issues instead of stone walling or fobbing you off

am i the only person to find a goverment (tax raping) department ,that does the above and was a pleasure to deal with, tbh i think im going to have to sit down and continplate whats just happened. im n shock
