Re: Vintage film cameras
Just do it! Doing another boot sale tomorrow. The only issue with 120/620 is processing costs. Trying to stick to 35mm. 110 is expensive and 126 Instamatic is non-existant.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Car boot score of the year! A boxed Olympus trip 35 silver button dating from Jan 1968 with case, lens cover and manual.
A whole £5! Just done some more research and due to the fact the iso has 400 on the dial it is a 1978 model. Last of the silver buttons.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Nice addition to the collection. I wanted the earlier silver button but couldn't win one. I bought a later black button model.

Re: Vintage film cameras
Nice! I just bought a Zeiss Ikon Nettar, really I wanted the case but it went for £6.50 in the end on ebay, and I can't find a case as cheap as that on its own. Not sure if the camera works but it can be an ornament otherwise. Novar 75mm f6.3 lens so nothing fancy.
Am slightly regretting buying Portra 400 film in 120 size. while my rollfilm camera will give better pics stopped down, the highest shutter speed of 1/300 is actually running at around 1/125 so I'm going to struggle on bright days. Will have to see how it turns out. |

Vintage film cameras
Cleaned up the Six 20 D garage find. Pretty good for its age

Re: Vintage film cameras
Looks nice. You should have a look on Gumtree, there seem to be loads of box cameras on there. or maybe I'm just seeing more of them now (Baader-Meinhof)

Re: Vintage film cameras
Nearly finished the first roll through the Zorki. Spotted an OM10 for a tenner not far from me.
